Data & Analytics Manager

Opportunity

What you'll do

• Build and deliver accurate, timely Emiratisation reports, management information, and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and strategic data solutions using Power BI.
• Own month-end performance reporting on targets, progress, and trends.
• Use AI tools such as Copilot to accelerate analysis, drafting, and insight generation within governance expectations.
• Convert raw data from multiple sources into meaningful analysis that supports evidence-led decisions.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, improve data quality, and monitor regulatory changes.
• Maintain reporting controls, documentation, and procedures.
• Partner with the Emiratisation team, HR Business Partners, Service Delivery, and business leaders to shape recommendations.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or reporting, including work in data science or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience applying AI-enabled productivity and analysis tools such as Copilot or equivalent.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets and numbers.
• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI to build dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Track record delivering accurate management information and regulatory submissions.
• Structured approach to investigating discrepancies and improving data quality and reporting processes.
• Ability to communicate complex data and regulatory requirements clearly to multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating professional presentations that translate data into compelling messages through structure, visuals, and storytelling.
