Role Overview

What You Will Work On

• Use data to answer business questions and drive strategy and decision-making.
• Access, clean, and organize raw data for teams, stakeholders, and business use.
• Create automated dashboards and funnels for internal teams.
• Analyze performance marketing, product, user, and operational data.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and build regression or segmentation models.
• Generate reporting and insights to support business growth.
• Contribute to a data-driven culture.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to pull, clean, and manipulate large complex datasets into understandable business stories.
• SQL querying and data analysis using Python and/or R.
• Experience with Looker, Amplitude, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Understanding of common statistical methods and real-world applications.
• Ability to work independently while accepting mentorship and guidance.
• Ability to handle stakeholder requests, take ownership, and deliver impactful results.
• Comfort navigating ambiguous or changing priorities.
• Understanding of how data insights connect to broader business goals.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week and at least six hours of overlap with Eastern Time.

Workplace

• The company is remote-first, and interns may be based anywhere in Canada.
• Candidates must maintain a minimum six-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone.
• The Toronto head office and in-person social events are optional.
