Role overview

What you will do

• Lead and coach colleagues in planning and delivering strategic project and scrum outcomes.
• Drive advanced analytics to develop business solutions and improve understanding of customers, processes, channels, and products.
• Work with stakeholders to define complex or ambiguous business questions, problems, and opportunities.
• Plan data and analytics resources and solutions that bring commercial and customer value.
• Communicate analytics opportunities and embed tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Connect analytics, data science, and data engineering work clearly to business needs.
• Consult stakeholders and use visualization to explain insight and influence decisions.

Skills and experience

• Knowledge of data architecture, key tooling, and relevant coding languages with 12+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge or capability in a cloud environment; technical capability is mandatory.
• Passion for data and analytics, with experience coaching and supporting colleagues.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and ability to create clear visualizations and compelling insight.
• AI knowledge or capability is desirable.
• Innovative mindset and desire to deliver impact for customers and colleagues.

Location

• The role is based in India, and normal working days must be carried out in India.
