Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Support supply chain automation by monitoring dashboards and working with SQL and Python.
• Deploy requested changes, build weekly reviews, and drive automation using SQL, Python, and AI initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data and develop data-driven solutions for operations and growth.
• Work on Agentic AI initiatives and multi-agent workflows.
• Identify and implement tools and automation to scale processes.
• Apply practices from other geographies and companies to reduce end-to-end supply chain losses.
• Communicate and influence business, operations, and technical audiences.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications required.
• Strong analytical, planning, and written and verbal communication skills expected.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain concepts such as forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization, and logistics, or equivalent, is preferred.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL are preferred.
• Transportation function management experience in retail is preferred.
