Job Purpose
The Data Analyst – Transformation & Performance Management is a strategic role responsible for supporting the organization's institutional transformation program through comprehensive data analysis, KPI tracking, dashboard management, and performance reporting.
This position serves as the analytical backbone of the Transformation Office ensuring data-driven decision-making, tracking program milestones, monitoring deliverable deadlines, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
• KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A.
Transformation Program Support
- Design, develop, and maintain strategic performance dashboards using Clear Point or similar platforms to track transformation program KPIs across all pillars and streams
- Monitor and report on program progress using RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status indicators, tracking milestones, deliverables, and gate readiness criteria
- Prepare weekly transformation status reports for TMO leadership and monthly executive dashboards for Steering Committee review
- Maintain and update the program risk register, tracking risk mitigation actions and escalation triggers
- Support gate readiness assessments by consolidating deliverable evidence, compliance documentation, and performance metrics
- Track dependencies across transformation streams and identify potential bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely data collection from all transformation workstreams
- Develop automated reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data refresh frequency
B. Data Analysis & Reporting (Business-as-Usual)
- Analyze real estate operational data including portfolio performance, occupancy rates, rental yields, and property valuations
- Generate regular business intelligence reports for various stakeholders across asset management, finance, and operations teams
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data to support strategic decision-making
- Support ad-hoc analytical requests from senior management and department heads
- Maintain and enhance existing reporting infrastructure to ensure business continuity
C. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Document data collection processes, reporting workflows, and dashboard maintenance procedures
- Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and eliminate redundant reporting activities
- Collaborate with process improvement initiatives to embed data governance standards
- Support the development of standardized KPI definitions and measurement frameworks across departments
D. Data Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms and dashboards
- Implement data validation checks and quality control procedures for transformation program metrics
- Maintain data dictionaries and documentation for all KPIs and performance indicators
- Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies
- Support the establishment of a single source of truth for transformation program data
E. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Transformation Management Office (TMO), Project Managers, and stream leads to gather performance data
- Present analytical findings and insights to senior leadership, Steering Committee, and Architecture Review Board (ARB)
