Responsibilities
- Use SQL, Excel, Tableau, and other tools to present actionable insights.
- Lead independent analytical research projects and define business teams' data needs.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
- Provide data-driven decision support for key projects.
- Combine quantitative analysis with qualitative user insights to understand product interactions.
- Handle database requests to help enterprise customers leverage data.
Candidate Requirements
- Sound understanding of relational databases, with SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, and NoSQL given as examples.
- Experience with data visualization and presentation tools.
- Strong communication skills with developers and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Ability to build and manage databases.
- Able to turn abstract questions into SQL queries and data into a story.
- E-commerce, retail, and business analytics experience is an asset.
- Customer-facing experience is nice to have.
- Values problem solving, collaboration, adaptability, and positive engagement.
