Role overview
Develop and maintain metrics and reporting systems using data collected through GPC Assessments.
Provide leadership audiences with standard reports and interactive analysis for ad hoc queries and informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build accessible, user-friendly reporting and metrics systems, using appropriate visualization tools.
- Identify system enhancements and new capabilities, and develop concept demonstrators and capability business cases.
- Train users as systems and capabilities move into operational use.
- Represent the GPC Program on technical teams or consortiums.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, data mining, and developing, manipulating, and maintaining data.
- Experience using statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or MATLAB; Microsoft Office and Access; and Windows.
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis of operational data and visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to develop mathematical algorithms and applications for complex requirements.
- Ability to identify enhancements and capabilities, develop demonstrators and business cases, and train users.
- Ability to take leadership roles on technical teams or consortiums; good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Compensation
- The posting states a salary range of $80,000–$100,000 per year.
