About The Role
We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive product growth, improve user experience, and support strategic decision-making.
You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to build dashboards, analyze trends, and uncover opportunities across our platform and apps.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior, deposit flows, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and friction points
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (Metabase or similar)
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define, track, and evaluate key metrics and KPIs
- Conduct ad-hoc deep dives to support business decisions (pricing, partnerships, marketing ROI, cohort analysis)
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure feature impact
- Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Monitor data quality, flag anomalies, and propose corrective actions
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
- Experience with BI/visualization tools (Metabase, Power BI or similar)
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experiment design
- Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
- **Strong attention to detail with a bias toward action and ownership**
- Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Familiarity with event tracking tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment)
- Experience with Airflow, or similar data pipeline tools
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance data requirements (SAMA, PCI-DSS)
