Role overview

Expected duties

• Build intuitive data visualizations that provide actionable insights into complex, dynamic business challenges in Fintech.
• Own the user experience delivered across multiple data products.
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools.
• Identify business data needed for useful insights and future analytics.
• Communicate findings and recommend data-driven improvements to operations.
• Report on key performance indicators, identify areas for operational improvement, and analyze root causes.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with SQL is required.
• The role supports experienced peers and management on complex data and reporting projects and develops professional expertise.

Preferred qualifications

• SaaS or Fintech experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Sigma is preferred.
• Python or R experience is preferred.
• Exposure to data governance or data quality frameworks is preferred.
• Experience with Claude or other AI-powered analytics tools is preferred.
• Experience with Agile or Kanban methodology is preferred.
• Experience with Databricks is preferred.

Compensation

• Compensation range is $76,800–$96,000 per year.
