Lead and manage data analytics initiatives that support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth across the organization.
Oversee the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and analytical frameworks that provide visibility into key business metrics, trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, establish reporting standards, and deliver data-driven solutions that support organizational objectives.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and quality while driving continuous improvement in analytics processes, reporting capabilities, and business intelligence practices.
Mentor and develop analytics team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, business intelligence concepts, and performance measurement frameworks. Proficiency in SQL, reporting platforms, data visualization tools, dashboard development, and analytics software. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights. Strong project management and organizational capabilities with experience leading analytics projects and managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of data governance, forecasting, predictive analytics, KPI development, reporting automation, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous. Experience leading analytics teams, business intelligence initiatives, and enterprise reporting programs is considered a strong advantage.
