Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, structure, and analyze databases; generate reports, metrics, and dashboards.
- Manage systems, troubleshoot issues, configure software, and assist internal users in the US Customs department.
- Use Claude to automate analysis, summarize information, draft technical documentation, and streamline tasks.
- Present data insights to management and identify operational trends and improvement areas.
Requirements and qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query; SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or similar tools are listed.
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, basic networking, software management, and tier-1 help desk support.
- Proven experience using Claude for productivity, data structuring, logical analysis, and technical writing.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Coding from scratch is not required; logical reasoning for database management and IT troubleshooting is essential.
