Required Qualifications:
- · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- · 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting, or a related field.
- · Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- · Excellent attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation.
- · Experience analyzing large or complex data sets and identifying actionable insights.
- · Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- · 2-3 years of experience within the healthcare industry.
- · Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups, including healthcare providers, suppliers, distributors, and group purchasing organizations.
- · Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) business models and their application in business operations and process improvement.
- · Customer-focused approach.
- · Adaptability and flexibility to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- · Strong problem-solving skills.
- · Knowledge of e-commerce concepts.
- · Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
- · Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- · Familiarity with data analysis and transformation tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
- · Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
- Estimated salary range: $74,000 - $98,000
- The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include: health, vision, and dental insurance, accident and life insurance, 401k matching, paid-time off, and education reimbursement, to name a few.
