Role overview
A highly skilled Data Analyst is sought for the CLCH Hertfordshire Business Team.
The role supports performance management, service development, operational management and patient care in the Hertfordshire division.
The position is for a period of 12 months, up to November 2027.
Responsibilities
- Analyse, interpret and present information for divisional performance, service development, operations and patient care.
- Provide data quality support and advice to staff at all levels.
- Extract and analyse patient activity data to support Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and meet Trust and commissioner requirements.
- Process data into business intelligence for decision-making, modelling and monitoring by the Division, Single Point of Access, Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and clinicians.
- Collate, validate, manage, analyse, interpret and present information from varied sources to support effective clinical services.
- Work with senior team members to assess changes to the NHS information agenda, review information requirements and implement agreed solutions.
Requirements
- Bring strong analytical and technical skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and provide expertise and advice to staff at all levels.
- Be organised and able to manage workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Be able to work flexibly as a team member.
- Understanding and experience using SystmOne is advantageous.
Workplace
- Based at Harpenden Memorial Hospital office, with work at the BRE Science Park office in Watford and other CLCH sites as needed for service delivery.
