Position summary

Data Analyst supporting business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The role develops dashboards, analyzes business performance, manages integrations, and provides actionable stakeholder insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations; write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
  • Analyze datasets for trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities; gather reporting needs and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Support Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data integrity, and analytics; integrate data from Salesforce, Microsoft applications, ERP systems, and other platforms.
  • Maintain data accuracy and quality; document reporting processes, dashboard logic, data definitions, and analytics standards.
  • Support data governance, reporting practices, and compliance; collaborate across IT, Finance, Sales, Operations, and executive leadership.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and executive reporting; assist with data warehouse, ETL, and business intelligence solution design and implementation.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
  • Advanced Power BI dashboard and report development experience; strong hands-on complex SQL and relational database experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data management, and analytics.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions; ability to analyze large datasets and communicate actionable recommendations.

Preferred qualifications

  • Microsoft technology environment experience, including Power BI, Excel, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, data warehousing, and business intelligence best practices.
  • Experience integrating data from Salesforce, ERP platforms, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, performance metrics, forecasting, and business reporting; DAX, Power Query, and advanced Power BI techniques.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, critical-thinking, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
