Seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven Data Analyst to turn complex information into insights supporting business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources; validate accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor performance and key metrics; prepare regular and ad hoc reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement; monitor KPIs and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and support management decisions.
- Use statistical analysis and data modeling to identify opportunities and risks.
- Maintain and optimize databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems; automate recurring reports and data processes.
- Collaborate on business planning and strategic initiatives; present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions; knowledge of SQL for extraction, querying, and database management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Understanding of statistics, data trends, and performance measurement; attention to data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Data visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
