Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources; ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor performance and key metrics.
• Identify business trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement; prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into insights, monitor KPIs, and recommend operational efficiency improvements.
• Apply statistical analysis and data modeling to identify opportunities and risks.
• Maintain and optimize databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems; automate recurring reports and data processes.
• Validate data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate on business planning and strategic initiatives; clearly present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current on analytics tools, technologies, and industry practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions; knowledge of SQL for extraction, querying, and database management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable business insights.
• Understanding of statistics, data trends, and performance measurement; strong attention to data accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Data visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis tools is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making is advantageous.
