Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance and key metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement; prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements to operational efficiency.
- Use statistical analysis and data modeling to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Maintain and optimize databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Automate recurring reports and data processes to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Validate data quality, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate across functions on business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders; stay up to date on analytics tools and practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, querying, and database management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Good understanding of statistics, data trends, and performance measurement.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization experience is an advantage.
- Python, R, or other data analysis tools are an advantage.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred, including in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
