Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Dance Instructor role based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The Dance Instructor will teach ballroom and related dance styles to students of different ages and skill levels, using clear, structured, and engaging methods.
Daily responsibilities include planning lesson content, leading group classes and private sessions, demonstrating techniques and choreography, and providing individualized feedback.
The instructor will also help prepare students for showcases or events, ensure a safe and welcoming studio environment, and collaborate with the team on class schedules and studio activities.
Additional tasks may include assisting with student enrollment, answering class-related inquiries, and supporting promotional or community outreach events.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Dance and Ballroom techniques, with the ability to demonstrate steps clearly and safely.
- Proficiency in Dance Instruction and Teaching, including structuring lessons for different ages and levels.
- Background in Dance Education, with experience developing curricula, practice plans, or progressive learning programs.
- Good sense of Music, rhythm, and timing to guide students effectively through choreography.
- Previous experience teaching in a studio, school, or similar setting is preferred.
- Ability to motivate, encourage, and support learners in a patient and inclusive manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort working in a multicultural environment.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by class schedules and events.
