About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and align data practices with DAMA-DMBOK framework
- Define and manage data governance, data quality, and data standards
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve data management processes
- Support data strategy, policies, and compliance initiatives
- Conduct data assessments and maturity evaluations
- Ensure proper data documentation, lineage, and stewardship practices
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in data management / data governance / DAMA frameworks
- Strong understanding of DAMA-DMBOK, data governance, and data quality frameworks
- Experience with data tools, metadata management, and data cataloging
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on-site in a client-facing role
Mandatory Requirements
- Arabic language proficiency (spoken & professional communication)
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site full-time
Preferred Criteria
- DAMA certification (CDMP) is a plus
- Experience in enterprise environments / consulting roles
- Pay: From ﷼150,000.00 per month
