Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
experience
specializing in the development and customization Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the D365 modules, technical expertise in development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust business solutions.
Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and implement customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Create extensions, integrations, workflows and reports to meet business requirements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules or external systems.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues in the D365 environment.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Best Practices & Standards
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Stay updated on new D365 features, upgrades, and emerging technologies to enhance system performance.
Documentation
- Prepare technical design documentation, Integration specification documentation.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development.
- Hands-on experience with X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and LCS (Lifecycle Services).
- Proficient in creating workflows, reports and customizations within D365.
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and RESTful APIs.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in D365 development
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end D365 Finance implementations or major enhancements.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- Understanding of financial & SCM processes and terminologies.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer or related areas are highly desirable.
