Overview
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement & Field Service)
- Assist users (E-Services, portal, mobile app) and resolve system issues
- Manage support tickets and ensure SLA compliance
- Gather business requirements and conduct workshops
- Design and configure D365 solutions
- Deliver user training and ensure adoption
- Build dashboards (Power BI) and maintain solution quality
- Prepare documentation (BRDs, SDDs, process workflows)
- 🔹 Preferred Skills:
- Experience in D365 CE & Field Service configuration
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deliver demos, PoCs, and client presentations
- UX understanding and process improvement mindset
- Familiarity with .NET is a plus
- 🔹 Qualifications:
• Bilingual: Arabic & English (Required)
- 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
