Role Overview
Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP operations for Sales and Logistics processes.
Coordinate ERP support activities and user requests across multiple countries.
Maintain smooth daily operation of the corporate ERP system through structured support and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize, and resolve Microsoft Dynamics 365 support tickets for Sales and Logistics processes.
- Coordinate regional ERP support activities and act as the main contact for local teams.
- Monitor ticket queues, SLA compliance, and issue resolution progress.
- Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities for process efficiency and system stability.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams on requirements and support alignment.
- Support regional rollouts, updates, and process harmonization initiatives.
- Maintain procedures, user guides, and process-flow documentation.
- Train end users and provide guidance on proper system usage.
- Escalate complex issues to global IT teams and follow up until closure.
- Improve support processes and regional coordination practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of ERP support experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong ticketing, troubleshooting, and user support experience.
- Understanding of Sales and Logistics workflows and operational best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination across multiple countries.
- Availability to travel across the region.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- EDI support experience is a plus.
