Overview
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Support Engineer to join our team immediately and support the ongoing security of our IT environment.
This role involves hands-on monitoring, incident response, and day-to-day security operations to keep systems protected and stable.
Key Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity support, SOC, or IT security roles
- Basic understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and access controls
- Working knowledge of PAM concepts and tools is an advantage
- Understanding of SIEM, EDR, anti-virus, and intrusion detection or prevention systems
- Ability to monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and support remediation
- Understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Ability to work closely with IT teams and external vendors
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a practical, problem-solving approach
