Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic security exposure analyses and actionable recommendations with Initiative Leaders, including executive-level data-driven content.
• Plan, execute, and track strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, threats, opportunities, and leadership insights.
• Create reports, visuals, and presentations on strategic priorities, progress, and outcomes for executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering cyber initiatives and support other targeted strategic projects.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, a technology-related field, cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• At least two years of IT and/or cybersecurity experience focused on strategic planning, program delivery, governance, or business enablement.
• Experience in a complex global organization, driving initiatives across stakeholder groups and collaborating across global cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and produce actionable insights for executive audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment and resolve issues.
• Able to translate technical concepts, risks, and challenges into business-focused messaging for senior leaders.

Preferred qualifications

• Technology initiative delivery experience, preferably including cybersecurity threats, risks, remediations, or technical solutioning.
• Experience in strategic development, planning, governance, or solution design.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2 security frameworks and controls.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar cybersecurity or risk management credentials are preferred.
