Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Standard business hours with occasional on-call or incident response duties

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and respond to threats, alerts, and incidents
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and procedures
• Analyze logs and security events using SIEM tools
• Investigate and resolve security breaches or suspicious activity
• Support risk assessments and compliance audits
• Ensure systems meet security standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen infrastructure security
• Provide security awareness guidance to internal teams

Skills

• Network security and threat detection
• SIEM tools (Splunk, IBM QRadar, or similar)
• Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
• Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
• Incident response and threat analysis
• Security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
• Risk assessment and compliance
• Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell)
• Cloud security (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles (flexible for strong candidates)
• Familiarity with security tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
