Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead cybersecurity strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Report cybersecurity status to the CISO and executive management.
- Establish security metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
- Design and manage enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk management.
- Conduct risk assessments, including Business Impact Analysis, and facilitate risk treatment planning.
- Manage third-party security risk assessments, especially for cloud providers and payment gateways.
- Integrate risk management into SDLC and change management.
- Maintain compliance with SAMA CSF, Insurance Authority, NCA, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage cybersecurity-related regulatory licenses and certifications.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, questionnaires, and evidence requests.
Requirements
- Lead and manage cybersecurity governance, strategy, and enterprise risk management.
- Assess information security risks, including through Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and facilitate risk treatment planning.
- Manage third-party security risk assessments, including for cloud service providers and payment gateways.
- Maintain compliance with SAMA's Cyber Security Framework (CSF), Insurance Authority requirements, NCA requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage cybersecurity-related regulatory licenses and certifications and prepare regulatory submissions and evidence.
