- 8+ years in cybersecurity or IT
- 5+ years in service delivery or leadership roles
- Experience in managed security services and enterprise environments
Requirement
Cybersecurity Delivery Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of managed security services, ensuring compliance with SLAs/KPIs, governance requirements, and business expectations.
Acts as the key interface between security operations teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and risk-aware service delivery.

Service Delivery & Operations
- Lead delivery of 24x7 managed security services across multiple domains (SOC, SIEM, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards
- Oversee incident management, monitoring, and operational performance
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Lead regular service review meetings and performance reporting
- Manage escalations, incidents, and service-related issues
- Ensure alignment between security services and business objectives
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Implement and monitor risk management and security controls
- Support audit readiness and compliance reporting
- Track and report key operational metrics (e.g., performance, response times)
Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional cybersecurity teams
- Manage resource planning, workload distribution, and team performance
- Mentor teams to enhance delivery maturity and effectiveness
- Coordinate across internal and external delivery teams
Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure delivery aligns with financial and contractual commitments
- Support service improvement and growth opportunities
Service Strategy & Improvement
- Define and evolve the managed security services roadmap
- Drive automation, efficiency, and service maturity initiatives
- Align cybersecurity delivery with overall business and security strategy
