Cyber Security Consultant

Cybersecurity Consultant | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to join a leading banking client in Riyadh through Vanguardica on a 1-year contract (extendable).

✔ Implement and operationalize cybersecurity controls across business and technology environments

✔ Participate in change management, security reviews, and risk assessments

✔ Review BRDs, solution designs, and infrastructure changes from a cybersecurity perspective

✔ Define and enforce security architectures, standards, and control frameworks

✔ Support security initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, network, and application environments

✔ Collaborate with SOC, IT, and business teams to strengthen security posture

✔ Ensure compliance with SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, SWIFT CSP, PCI DSS, and other regulatory requirements

🔹 8+ years of cybersecurity experience

🔹 Strong experience in banking or highly regulated environments

🔹 Experience with security architecture, change management, risk assessment, and security controls

🔹 Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, OCI) and hybrid environments

🔹 Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
