Role overview

Responsibilities

• Research best practices and benchmark contact service center KPI reporting to optimize customer experience.
• Work with Success Operations and Call Center leadership to lead a continuous-improvement initiative.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify service and efficiency trends and improvement opportunities, and share information to support corrective action.
• Develop CXEC communications about product benefits and customer experience to educate teams and increase resilience.
• Support corporate projects and collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.

Required qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS program in Business Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Have completed junior year before the summer start date and graduate on or before May 2028.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace, with experience using SQL.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to plan and prioritize.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid role with travel up to 10% of the time.

Compensation

• The listed salary range is $25.00 to $25.00 USD; no pay cadence is specified.
