Fintechify is a specialized design powerhouse dedicated to redefining digital banking.
We are currently executing a high-priority benchmarking project for a major financial institution and seeking a highly organized coordinator to join our team.
The Role
As our CX Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of a mobile app review project.
You will document, organize, and track user journeys of leading global digital banks to help us build world-class financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- **Benchmarking:**
- Capture and document end-to-end user journeys (Onboarding, KYC, Payments) for 10+ competitor banking apps.
- **Data Management:**
- Build and maintain databases (Airtable/Google Sheets) to track feature friction points.
- **Coordination:**
- Manage tester walkthroughs and ensure high-quality, actionable feedback.
- **Visual Documentation:**
- Use Loom and screenshots to build a reference library of UI/UX patterns.
- **Project Tracking:**
- Use Asana/ClickUp to ensure all 4-month milestones are met.
What We Are Looking For
- **Industry Background:**
- Previous experience within
Banking or Financial Institutions
- is essential.
- **Tech Savvy:**
- Proficiency in Airtable, Google Sheets, and Project Management tools.
- **Detail-Oriented:**
- A "detective" mindset for spotting tiny details in app interfaces.
- **Language:**
- Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage for this project.
