Customs Duty Operations Executive

Handle customs reporting and manage shipment-related invoice documentation accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processes.

Provide guidance and support to customers regarding customs procedures, requirements, and documentation.

Prepare, organize, and maintain all records related to customs and shipment processing.

Ensure documentation and records are regularly updated and properly stored for compliance and future reference.

Assist in resolving issues related to customs clearance, shipment delays, or missing documentation.

Support the department with additional operational and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and shipment coordination.

Monitor shipment status and follow up on pending customs procedures to avoid delays.

University degree or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in customs clearance and related processes is required.

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Positive attitude with honesty and reliability in handling responsibilities.

Good computer skills with the ability to organize and manage tasks efficiently.
