Role Overview
Alpine Metals is seeking an experienced customs representative or logistics executive for a steel trading company based in Jebel Ali.
The role includes a probationary period of three to six months depending on skill level and performance.
On-the-job training in customs procedures is available for inexperienced candidates.
Responsibilities
- Maintain customs records.
- Manage import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with operations for goods movement.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar industry.
- At least 2 years of experience with e-mirsal 2 and Dubaitrade is required.
- Logistics experience of at least 2 years is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Candidates should be knowledgeable, curious to learn, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile.
Skills and Tools
- Experience using the Dubaitrade portal is preferred.
- Knowledge of Dubai Customs e-mirsal-II is required.
Compensation and Employment
- This is a full-time position.
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Jebel Ali.
