- We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Digital Marketing
- DESIRO Advertising is looking for a results-driven Customer Service Representative with experience in digital marketing sales and client handling.
- 📍 Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn Ads
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to nurture leads and convert inquiries into clients
- 📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads daily
- Explain digital marketing services to prospects
- Follow up and nurture potential clients
- Prepare basic proposals and service information
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
