Client Support Specialist (Arabic & English Speaker)
Join our team and support clients in a fast‑paced, dynamic investment environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from existing clients via phone, email, and the client portal
- Assist the sales team with technical questions related to their clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client‑related issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with clients (call centre or customer support experience is a plus)
- Experience in the investment field and/or personal trading in the stock market is a strong advantage
Personal Competencies:
- Fast learner with strong problem‑solving skills
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive, responsible, and results‑oriented
- Confident in following up and asking for clarification when needed
- Committed to completing tasks accurately and on time
