The Owner oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of NE Site Coatings remotely on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Set business goals and manage budgets.
- Guide business development and client relationships.
- Coordinate with staff and partners to plan and execute projects safely, sustainably, and in line with company standards.
- Review operational performance and approve major expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
- Make decisions about staffing, vendor relationships, and long-term growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong business management and leadership abilities, including strategic planning, decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with operations management, project coordination, and process improvement in a service or construction-related environment.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices, protective equipment, and environmental sustainability principles.
- Proficiency with remote work tools, basic budgeting and financial oversight, and organized records and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, customers, and partners.
- Prior experience in coatings, construction, facilities management, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently part-time and adapt to changing business needs.
