Job Summary
Forvis Mazars is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide professional and efficient service to clients and internal stakeholders.
This role is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the delivery of audit, tax, and advisory services.
The position reports to the Office Manager or Client Services Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding service offerings, appointments, and general information
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while maintaining a solutions-focused approach to client needs
- Direct client requests to the appropriate service lines including audit, tax, and advisory departments
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars between clients and professional staff
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests in the company database
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
- Prepare and send service confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications
- Assist with data entry and maintain accuracy of client contact information
- Resolve routine client concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate manager
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier deliveries
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client coordination, or administrative support, preferably in a professional services, accounting, or audit firm environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and firm information
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
