Customer Support Representative - Construction Equipment | Al-Futtaim Automotive | FAMCO

Serve as the primary customer contact for FAMCO KSA, supporting showroom operations and coordinating with sales, aftersales, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Role overview
Serve as the primary customer contact for FAMCO KSA, supporting showroom operations and coordinating with sales, aftersales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Support customer inquiries, deliveries, order fulfillment, documentation, and a positive customer experience.
Report to the Regional Aftersales Manager.
Customer support and coordination
- Respond to sales, service, and general inquiries; handle concerns and complaints according to service standards.
- Support walk-in customers and coordinate their needs with sales and aftersales teams.
- Maintain customer interaction, transaction, delivery, and communication records.
- Coordinate order processing and fulfillment with sales, aftersales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Prepare delivery schedules and complete delivery documentation.
Records, billing, and compliance
- Maintain stock reports, prepare daily stock and sales reports, and support stock updates and provision calculations.
- Create and update customer information, vendor accounts, and related data.
- Process payments and invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Verify work orders before billing, submit invoices promptly, and maintain supporting records.
- Follow applicable safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Hands-on construction equipment industry experience in KSA and a strong understanding of the local market.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Additional capabilities
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with stock reporting, invoices, payments, receivables, and delivery documentation is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate across departments, manage multiple tasks, collaborate, and work under pressure.
