Job Summary

We’re now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team in a fast-paced environment, ideal candidate to have 3-5 years customer service experience, be professional and hardworking, with an eye for accuracy.

You’ll be required to provide our customers with exceptional levels of customer support, ensuring prompt query resolution to improve business efficiencies.

Main Duties

  • Deal with customer queries, conduct and investigate where applicable, providing customers with a clear and concise response
  • Resolve queries in a timely manner to avoid delays with payment and manage aged queries/debt.
  • Role will include an element of cash collections
  • Keep accurate and well documented records of all enquiries and customer communication, ensure that all follow-ups are actioned in a timely manner
  • Escalate any problem queries to your line Manager when you believe all other avenues have been explored
  • Communicate and liaise with other departments
  • Communicate and liaise with couriers regarding deliveries, returns, collections

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Work part of a team with a warm and friendly personality
