Full-time customer-facing leadership role in WesTrac’s Mining Sales Group, supporting a strategic mining customer at the Tom Price branch.

Residential Tom Price role with company-provided housing and a fully maintained vehicle.
Roster
- 5&2 and 4&3 roster, working 12 hours per day excluding meal breaks.
What you’ll do
- Identify and pursue aftermarket opportunities across parts, components, repairs, rebuilds and service solutions.
- Build relationships with customer maintenance, planning and operational stakeholders.
- Identify ways to improve equipment performance, availability and cost efficiency across the asset lifecycle.
- Support account planning and customer engagement strategies to grow WesTrac’s share of wallet.
- Coordinate with Product Support, Service, Technology, Component Rebuild and Caterpillar teams on customer solutions.
- Maintain CRM data, sales forecasts and account activity plans.
- Resolve customer technical, operational and commercial issues.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in sales, product support, account management or customer-facing work in mining, heavy equipment or related industries.
- Strong commercial awareness and demonstrated ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Understanding of fleet lifecycle management and Total Cost of Ownership principles.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical knowledge of mining equipment, components or maintenance practices; a trade qualification is advantageous.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
