Hiring for Dubai Customer Support Executives | Data Analysts | Accountants (iGaming Industry)
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: iGaming
Age Criteria: 20-28 Years
Language Requirement: Hindi is mandatory; multilingual candidates preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Support Executive: Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and other support channels. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required.
- Data Analyst: Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and insights. Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Accountant: Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities. Maintain financial records and prepare reports. Handle reconciliations, invoices, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with company financial procedures.
