We are hiring a Customer Support Executive
to join
Raycom Engineering
, part of Wafi Group's Industrial Division.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with UAE experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced engineering environment.
You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders, coordinating with sales engineers, tracking order progress, maintaining reports, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
- Graduate in a business-related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or administration
- Proficient in reporting and documentation
