Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve support tickets, and address technical issues.

Your responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, providing efficient online support, and ensuring service excellence in resolving client concerns and queries.

This role will involve active communication and collaboration with team members to continuously enhance the customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex customer support.
  • Strong understanding of Forex trading platforms and client requirements.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in assisting clients with account-related issues, deposits, withdrawals, and trading-related queries.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are preferred.
