Part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, combining on-site and work-from-home responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide clear, accurate, timely responses to user inquiries.
- Guide users through app-related technical support and troubleshooting.
- Document recurring issues and escalate complex problems to product and engineering teams.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and update support FAQs.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience.
- Track support metrics, gather feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
- Align user interactions with the organization’s privacy and mental health mission.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills in support of digital products or mobile apps.
- Experience with online support through email, chat, and helpdesk tools, and clear written communication.
- Ability to provide app technical support, including basic iOS troubleshooting.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid Abu Dhabi role and reliable internet access for remote work.
- Organization, prioritization, and accurate recordkeeping skills.
- Empathy and patience, especially in mental health-related use cases.
- Previous customer support, help desk, or user operations experience; technology or wellness app experience is a plus.
