Full-Time Marketing & Customer Support Assistant
We are a small family-owned cake studio based in Dubai Marina and are looking for a creative and motivated assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
Reply to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
Follow up with customers by phone when needed
Manage our Instagram account and assist with daily marketing activities
Create engaging content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels
Design simple posters, flyers, and social media posts using Canva
Help maintain a consistent and elegant brand image
Requirements
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Instagram, Canva, and social media management
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics
Comfortable making and editing short videos and reels
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
Type of Position: Part-time
