Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Customer Support Email Analyst to work on a contract basis.

The role involves analyzing and responding to customer inquiries received via email to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

The position requires attention to detail and strong written communication skills to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze incoming customer emails to identify issues, questions, or requests.
  • Draft clear, professional, and solution-oriented responses to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company policies and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
