We are seeking a high-caliber Customer Success Service Support professional to join our team.
In this role, you will be the primary frowntline driver for post-sales enterprise customer engagement, focus on driving digital transformation, and ensuring seamless workflow optimization for our high-growth software solutions.
This role requires close collaboration with executive stakeholders and technical R&D teams to translate complex technology initiatives into measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end post-sales customer engagement and adoption activities for enterprise accounts.
- Partner with clients to map, analyze, and optimize business workflows for system automation.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical and functional escalations, ensuring timely, closed-loop resolutions.
- Monitor product usage and customer health indicators to proactively identify and mitigate compliance or operational risks.
- Deliver user training programs, adoption workshops, and change management guidance to maximize client time-to-value.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management (CSM), IT Technical Support, Functional Consulting, or SaaS/Cloud Software Implementation.
- Industry Background: Proven experience handling B2B Enterprise clients, FinTech, Telecom, or large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow orchestration, or system configuration. Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or project coordination frameworks (Agile/Scrum) is highly preferred.
