Customer Success/Sales Director - SAAS/Enterprise
About This Role
We are currently partnering with a leading, global SaaS organisation to appoint a Customer Success Director to lead their MENAT region. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term client value across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
The Role As Customer Success Director, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for account strategy, growth, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, building C-level relationships and identifying opportunities to expand services and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets and ensure strong retention across key accounts
- Drive growth through cross-sell and upsell strategies
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team
- Define and execute strategic account plans aligned to client objectives
- Build and manage senior client relationships at C-level
- Implement structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
- Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction (NPS-driven)
- Identify market trends, risks, and growth opportunities
About You
- Proven leadership experience within SaaS / technology environments
- Strong background in Financial Crime, Fraud, or AML solutions
- Track record of managing enterprise accounts and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Must be based in UAE
