Full-time, hybrid Customer Success Manager role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work-from-home.
The role supports tenant and operator accounts, platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Onboard tenant and operator accounts and guide product setup and adoption.
- Monitor account health, analyze usage and performance data, and proactively resolve issues.
- Build stakeholder relationships and provide timely support and guidance.
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to identify product and process improvements.
- Manage customer communications, lead check-in and review meetings, and report on customer outcomes.
- Contribute to best practices and playbooks that improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience in customer success, account management, or operations in tech, fintech, or property-related industries.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, retention, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and verbal English; additional regionally relevant languages are an advantage.
- Able to manage multiple accounts independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms; data reporting tools are beneficial.
