We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term customer success.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, provide strategic guidance, and support the successful adoption of products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and ongoing support.
- Understand customer goals and provide recommendations to maximize the value of products and services.
- Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for improvement, retention, and growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, operations, product, and support teams, to resolve customer issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with clients.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve satisfaction and retention rates.
- Track customer feedback and provide insights to support product and service enhancements.
- Prepare reports and updates on customer health, performance, and key metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a related role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
