We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Consultant Manager to lead our customer success initiatives and drive long-term client satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage customer relationships, oversee a team of Customer Success Consultants, and ensure clients achieve maximum value from our products and services.
You will work closely with sales, product, and support teams to enhance the customer experience, improve retention, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Customer Success Consultants to achieve performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Develop customer success strategies that improve client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks and opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic consultations with key customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer onboarding, renewals, and account expansion.
- Work closely with product and support teams to communicate customer feedback and advocate for customer needs.
- Analyze customer success data and prepare reports on retention, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
- Continuously improve customer success processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or related roles.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring customer-facing teams.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and customer success tools is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
